When the herder felt he has grievances and no individual was listening to him, he took on weapons.”
“So after we went there and they also observed a listening ear, that they had been ready to barter, inform us their grievances, and capable of incorporate into the society.
“So in such a case, I see no goal why we should always all the time not have a dialogue with them.”
He added: “Must you don’t current them they’re safe throughout the larger society, there’s no method they will go away their weapon. And that’s why we requested for amnesty for them just like we had throughout the Niger Delta.
“I’m not justifying their kidnapping, what they do is crime. Nonetheless their kidnapping is to get extra cash to buy further weapons to permit them to protect themselves.”
